How much does a website cost?

Two fixed prices. A Hypersite — a website for your business — is ₹15,000 + 18% GST. Hypersite Commerce, which adds a real store, is ₹20,000 + 18% GST. Both include year-one cloud hosting. Why do you charge fixed prices instead of hourly?

Hourly billing punishes the customer for the developer's slowness. Fixed pricing forces us to scope properly, work efficiently, and absorb our own delays. You always know what you're paying before you say yes.

Are there hidden costs after the project quote?

Accepted Answer

No. The first year of Hypersite Care (AMC) is included with every build. From year two it is ₹5,000 + GST a year, plus your domain renewal (~₹1,000/year) and hosting. Everything else is in the project quote.

How are payments structured?

Typically 40% kickoff, 40% on staging review, 20% on launch. We do not take 100% upfront. We do not start work without the kickoff payment.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel before design phase: full refund minus discovery time. Cancel after design: you keep the design files. Cancel after development starts: you pay for work completed and you keep all source code we've written.

How long does it take?

Hypersite: about a week. Hypersite Commerce: about 10 days — that timeline holds because the build is capped at 50 products and one payment gateway; a larger catalogue is a different quote and a different timeline. Bigger projects and custom software are scoped one at a time and the timeline is agreed with the quote. Timelines start once the kickoff payment lands and the discovery call happens.

Will I see progress while you build?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get a staging link the moment we have something to show, and weekly progress updates by WhatsApp or email — your choice. You'll never have to ask 'where are we' — we'll already have told you.

How many revisions do I get?

Accepted Answer

Two design revisions are baked into every quote. Beyond that, additional revision rounds are quoted separately. We rarely need them — the free website mockup catches most direction issues before development starts.

What if my project scope changes mid-build?

Small tweaks (copy edits, color swaps, layout tweaks) are absorbed. Anything that materially expands scope — a new section, a new feature, a new integration — gets a separate quote up front. We never change the price after the fact without your written approval.

Do I own the source code?

100%. You get the complete source code, full repository access, and a written ownership transfer at launch. Zero lock-in.

Whose server does my site run on?

Accepted Answer

Yours. We provision a dedicated VPS in your name — typically with DigitalOcean, Hetzner, or Linode — and the billing is in your account. We get admin access to deploy and maintain. You can revoke that access at any time.

What happens if I ever leave WeYug?

Accepted Answer

You take everything with you: code, database export, server, domain, design files. Any developer in the world can pick up where we left off because we build on industry-standard tools (Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Linux). We don't build hostage situations.

Will you keep a copy of my data?

Accepted Answer

Only what we need to support you. When you off-board, we delete our copies on request. Backups follow the same rule.

Do I have to take an AMC?

Accepted Answer

No. AMC is optional. If you don't take one, you can still call us — we'll just bill hourly for any work you ask for. Most clients find AMC cheaper because they actually use it.

What's covered in AMC?

Security patches, framework updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, two hours of content edits a month, quarterly performance tuning, and priority WhatsApp support. One plan — ₹5,000 + GST a year, and the first year is included with every build. Details on the pricing page.

How fast do you respond to support requests?

WhatsApp response within 24 hours. Critical issues (site down, payment broken) are treated as urgent, whatever the hour.

Can my staff edit content themselves?

Yes. Every site we build ships with an admin panel designed for non-developers. We've had customers' front-desk staff add 50+ products without our help. If you'd rather we handle edits, AMC includes hours every month for that.

Where are you based?

Gurgaon, NCR. We meet in person with NCR-based clients whenever it helps. For everyone else, we work over WhatsApp, email, and Zoom.

Will I always talk to the same person?

Yes. You get a single point of contact for the duration of your project and beyond. No 'account manager' middle layer. The person you call is the person who knows your site.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, gladly. Send us yours or we'll send ours. Either way is fine.

What kind of clients do you work best with?

Manufacturers, distributors, traders, mid-size service companies, and serious solo founders. Anyone who treats their website as a serious business asset and not as a checkbox. We're a poor fit for projects that need to be done in 48 hours or built on a generic template.

Can you take over a site that someone else built?

Often, yes. We do a quick technical audit first to make sure the existing codebase is something we'd want to take responsibility for. If yes, we'll quote a takeover. If no, we'll be honest with you about that.
