01Why fixed pricing instead of hourly?

Hourly billing punishes the customer for the developer's slowness. Fixed pricing forces us to scope properly, work efficiently, and absorb our own delays. You always know what you're paying — before you say yes.

02What if the scope changes mid-project?

Small tweaks (copy edits, color swaps, layout tweaks) are included. Anything that materially expands scope — a new section, a new feature, a new integration — gets a separate quote up front. We never change the price after the fact without your written approval.

03Are there hidden fees?

No. The first year of hosting + Essential AMC is bundled into every website project — no separate invoice in year one. From year two onwards you renew Essential AMC (₹15,000/year, covers domain renewal, hosting, security patches, content edits, support) or, if you skip AMC, you pay only domain registration (~₹1,000/year) and VPS hosting (~₹4,500/month, billed directly by the host). Everything else stays in the project quote.

04Do you take milestone payments?

Yes — typically 40% kickoff, 40% on staging review, 20% on launch. We do not take 100% upfront and we do not start work without the kickoff payment.

05What if I need to cancel?

Cancel before the design phase — full refund minus discovery time. Cancel after the design is delivered — you keep the design files. Cancel after development starts — you pay for work completed and you keep all source code we've written.
