What it actually feels like to work here
We're not a 30-person agency dressed up as a 3-person studio. We're a small studio that ships like a 30-person agency, and we'd like to stay that way for as long as we can.
We build for SMBs across India — manufacturers in Faridabad, distributors in Indore, clinics in Bengaluru, exporters in Surat. Their websites are real revenue surfaces, not portfolio pieces. We treat them that way.
The team is senior. The processes are documented. The expectations are clear. You'll know what you're working on by Monday morning, you'll know what's launching by Friday afternoon, and you'll never lose a weekend because someone forgot to plan.
The pay is competitive for Gurgaon (not for SF). The work is interesting (we choose projects we'd be proud to talk about). The team is small enough that your judgement counts. And if you do good work, everyone notices — there's nowhere for it to get lost.
A few things we actually believe.
We answer the phone
If you call us during business hours, a human picks up. If you message us on WhatsApp, you get a reply in minutes. We hire people who think this is the bare minimum, not a feature.
We write things down
Every meeting has notes. Every decision has a doc. Every customer brief gets summarized back to the customer in writing within 48 hours. If it's not written down, it didn't happen.
Weekly previews, no surprises
Every project gets a Friday preview link. The customer sees what we've built that week before they get the invoice. Nothing ships without their sign-off, nothing slips without their visibility.
We build to last
We don't ship hacks. We use boring, durable technology — Postgres, Node, Next.js, Linux. We document everything. The site we ship today should still be running in five years without surgery.
No bullshit work
We say no to projects we can't do well. We charge fairly, scope honestly, and don't grind to look busy. You'll work on real problems, not invented ones.
Your work shows up
We're small. Your code, your design, your copy — whatever it is — ships under your name to the team and to the customer. You'll see the impact within the same quarter.

Fair market pay
Bands benchmarked against AmbitionBox + Glassdoor for Gurgaon + similar studios. Reviewed annually. We share the band; you don't have to negotiate blind.
Health insurance
₹5L floater family cover (you + spouse + 2 kids + parents). Top-up to ₹10L available out of pocket. No exclusions for pre-existing.
Generous time off
21 paid leaves + 12 public holidays. Sick leave separate, no cap. Sabbatical option after 3 years.
Hardware of your choice
We buy the MacBook / ThinkPad / monitor / desk setup you want, up to a sensible cap. Yours to keep after 2 years.
Learning budget
₹40k per year per person for books, courses, conferences. Plus 2 days off per quarter to actually use it.
Hybrid + WFH
Gurgaon office for engineering + design — 2–3 days/week. Remote for content + ops. WFH is the default any day you don't have a meeting that requires being in person.
No meetings before 11am
Mornings are for deep work. We block our own calendars and respect each other's. The only meeting before 11 is the weekly Monday kickoff.
Year-end performance bonus
Tied to the studio's annual numbers + your manager's read on your year. Paid in April. Historically 1–2 months' fixed.

How we hire
We hire slowly. We look for taste, judgement, and the ability to disagree well. We don't do whiteboard puzzles. We do paid take-homes (₹5–10k for the take-home itself, even if you don't get the offer), we send written feedback after every round, and we tell you what we decided within a week.
The process is always: (1) 30-min intro call, (2) paid take-home you do in your own time (4–6 hours of work, scoped honestly), (3) a half-day on-site or video pairing session, (4) decision in writing within 5 working days.
We believe interview processes should respect candidates' time. We've turned down candidates who interviewed well but came across as people who'd be hard to disagree with. We've hired candidates who interviewed quietly but had unmistakable depth in their take-home. We optimize for the second.
