01Can you take over a site you didn't build?
Often, yes. We start with a free technical audit. If the existing codebase is in a state we can responsibly maintain, we'll quote a takeover. If not, we'll be honest with you about the alternative — usually a focused rebuild.
02What if I don't use my edit hours?
Hours roll over up to 2 months. After that, they expire. We'd rather you actually use them — most months we'll proactively suggest edits (broken links, outdated copy, etc.) so the hours don't go to waste.
03Can I cancel?
Anytime, no questions asked. AMC is month-to-month. Cancellation is one WhatsApp message. We hand back full code+server access (you already have it), settle the partial month if any, and we're done.
04What if the site goes down at 2 AM?
Pro tier: we get the alert and act on it. We aim to have someone diagnosing within 30 minutes for site-down events, regardless of time of day. Essential tier: alerts go to you and we respond within the contracted SLA next business hour.
05Do you handle ad-hoc redesigns / new features under AMC?
Small (under 1h) is part of edit hours. Bigger redesigns or new features are quoted separately as a project. AMC stays predictable — that's its job.
