01Can you build something we don't fully know yet?
Often, yes — that's what discovery is for. The two-hour call extracts what you actually do, separated from what you say you do. The scoping doc you get out of it is useful even if you don't hire us to build.
02What stack do you build on?
Next.js + TypeScript on the frontend, Payload CMS or a custom Node service on the backend, PostgreSQL for data, deployed to your VPS. All open-source, all standard, all hireable-for.
03Can my IT team take it over later?
Yes — that's the design goal. Open-source stack, conventional patterns, full documentation, no vendor lock-in. If you hire a developer in 2030, they can read this codebase the same week.
04What if requirements change mid-build?
Small changes get absorbed. Material scope changes pause the milestone, get re-quoted (separate change order with a small fee), and resume only once you sign. We will not silently expand scope and bill at the end.
05Will it integrate with our existing Tally / Zoho / SAP?
Yes — we've integrated all three. Tally and Zoho via their official APIs. SAP via OData or a custom REST adapter. Integration scoping is part of the discovery call.
